PSL were delighted to welcome Richard Lambert, new Director General for the CBI, to their facility earlier this week.

Richard Lambert and Damian Waters, CBI Regional Driector, met with Maurice Pitcher, CEO @ PSL, as well as a handful of key players in the Merseyside BioTech industry to discuss and better understand how the remarkable development has been achieved in recent years, as well as to listen to plans for further growth in the region. Richard Lambert was in Liverpool to attend the Confederation of British Industry's annual celebration attended by almost 400 senior people.

Housed on the prestigious Estuary Business Park, home of the National BioManufacturing Centre, PSL take an active part in the development of Merseyside as a centre of excellence for BioTechnology. Mr Lambert said: "There is a variety of seeds growing into plants in Liverpool as Halewood is part of the future and biotech is part of that future."
