The PSL simplefilter has been designed as a simple filtration solution, as such, there are many key features which enhance usability:

Removable Base
The vessel design incorporates a fully removable base. This enables the equipment to be stripped and thoroughly cleaned – particularly useful for multi product facilities.

Short Heating Jacket
The standard units are provided with a short wall heating jacket. This enables the simplefilter to be used for dying also if necessary. A truly versatile solution.

Ergonomic Hatch
The hatch design has been perfected over many years and is now extremely easy to operate, which is essential for ergonomic use within a GloveBag.

Halar Coating
The halar coating provides a highly resistant surface suitable for most aggressive substances and processes. This coating is robust and enables the main vessel to be fabricated from mild steel, providing a cost efficient alternative to expensive alloys.
