PSL have manufactured bayonet base clamping systems for a range of filter dryer sizes. The high precision system is designed to ensure efficient, repeatable clamping of the base and filter plate. This bayonet base design can be successfully deployed for pressure rated units to 10 BarG. With this high pressure rating requirement, perfluoroelastomer o-rings must be used for base sealing. PTFE encapsulated o-rings will not offer the necessary elastomer sealing properties at this high pressure rating requirement.

Level Lift
This system enables the base to be lifted and lowered slowly and evenly to very fine tolerances. It ensure trouble free mating of the base to vessel interface first time every time. It employs small mechanically coupled slave cylinders within the control panel to deliver a matched quantity of oil to each of the lift cylinders. Since the cylinders are "Match" bored, to have identical volumes then the cylinder movement is perfectly synchronized
