Contained drum filling is a common requirement in both API and formulation facilities. PSL have a range of drum filling solutions, including the PSL FlowBox and the PSL DrumBox. These systems utilize continuous liner with a double “O” ring seal and double bag tie procedure to maintain containment.

The PSL FlowBox and PSL DrumBox have a managed airflow, designed with inlets in the isolator window to achieve maximum flow across the most vulnerable points. Weigh systems are an integral part of the system with local display panels.

Retrofit
