Safe Change HEPA Filter Housing


PSL designed quality 'safe change' filter housings are ideal for high potency compound handling systems.

Developed to complement PSL's range of bespoke high containment process systems, our filter housings allow for the safe change of HEPA filters whilst meeting stringent FDA requirements for product and operator protection. These filter housings are suitable for use in both inlet and extraction filtration systems.


Options
High temperature option - ambient to 150 HEPA filter specification.
Lagged filter housings.
316 Stainless Steel with option for 0.4um Ra internal finish.
Double or single HEPA filter.
Verticle or horizontal orientations.
Temperature probes and other instrumentation as required.
DOP / Emery filter validation connection points.
Tri-Clamp connections for air in / out.
Standard filter sizes - 305 x 305mm, 610 x 305mm, 610 x 610mm.

The HEPA Filter housings can be purchased as a stand alone item to improve on existing process, or as supplied as part of a complete containment system.
